Evaporative Condensers
Evaporative Condensers offer energy savings by providing lower system condensing temperatures than conventional air-cooled or water-cooled condensing systems.
Principle Operation
Evaporative condensers provide heat rejection for many types of systems, and the specific application will largely determine which BAC Evaporative Condenser is best suited for a project. The information contained within this section is geared towards the use of evaporative condensers in HVAC and industrial refrigeration markets only. Evaporative condensers are used in these markets to provide lower condensing temperatures and compressor horsepower savings of up to 15 percent when compared to traditional systems.
Counterflow Evaporative Condenser
RCC Evaporative Condensers deliver fully rated thermal performance over a wide range of flow and temperature requirements. The RCC shares the superior and unrivaled features found in the popular PCT range of cooling towers. The Pultruded Composite structure employs the same patented bonded panel to post connection adding rigidity to the structure resulting in superior strength far exceeding that achieved in conventional bolt jointed FRP panels.

VCIC Series
Each VCIC unit has been designed to ship in a standard 40ft general purpose container. This eliminates the extra cost for crating and the need to transport on a flat rack container. The fully containerised shipment ensures that transport damage is almost eliminated. This has been achieved by the innovative use of a fan housing closure panel which is field installed. The benefit of this approach is to enable BAC to ship units of higher capacity in containers to any location.
